Being a supporter of Team Alleghenies Transplant is personal for me. First, my cousin, Rich Morgan, is a kidney transplant recipient for nearly two decades now. He recruited me to play in The Mulligan several years ago, and I always enjoy playing in the annual fundraising event. Second, my brother, Tim, received a kidney transplant in 2013.
While those are the two most important reasons I support the team, I'm inspired by the personal triumphs of all who have received a second chance at life through organ donation.
